Matt Cooper
Matt founded Corbera after 15 years helping public sector leaders communicate clearly when the stakes are highest.
His background spans broadcasting and journalism, giving him a rare vantage point: he’s sat on both sides of the interview desk and knows exactly what a journalist is listening for.
That experience shapes his specialism in media relations, reputation and crisis communications. He set up Corbera to offer something more lasting than a pre-interview briefing: practical preparation that builds genuine, durable confidence.
Working alongside experienced broadcasters, he helps clients handle demanding interviews and develop an authentic voice across television, radio, podcasts and digital media.
His approach is direct, thoughtful and grounded in real situations rather than just theory, bringing calm, considered judgement to the questions leaders most want to avoid. Whether a client is managing intense public scrutiny or building a stronger public profile, Matt helps them speak, and be heard, with clarity and conviction.
Consultants
Corbera works with a trusted network of independent senior broadcast and digital advisers, brought in on assignments for their specific expertise.
Arlen Harris
Arlen is an award-winning programme maker with over 30 years’ experience across print, TV and radio, working mainly in British television for the BBC, Channel 4 and ITV on flagship strands including World in Action, Panorama and Dispatches. He is also a highly experienced documentary producer and filmmaker, with investigative and historical programmes made for National Geographic and Discovery.
His work spans hard-hitting investigation and major documentary filmmaking: his filming has taken him from the South China Sea to Beirut and Sri Lanka during the civil war, as well as the Iraq War.
This range of experience gives him a clear sense of what a broadcast team is looking for, how a story is shaped, and where the difficult questions come from. It's what he brings to training clients preparing for the camera or the microphone.
Daniyal Harris-Vajda
Daniyal is a self-shooting producer, director and editor, and a digital native who began his career at MTV, shooting and producing a 10-week YouTube series before working on the digital accompaniment to the award-winning Olympic Channel series All Around.
His documentary work for Noah Media Group has been shown on ITV, Netflix, Amazon Prime and France’s CANAL+, including Arsène Wenger: Invincible, which also had a cinematic release, and the three-part series South of the River, which won bronze at the Sports Journalism Awards.
That breadth across broadcast, digital and social media gives him a sharp understanding of what drives engagement. Daniyal brings this insight directly to training clients on how modern audiences actually watch and respond.
